What we provide
E-1 Treaty Trader Visa
The E-1 visa is for citizens of countries that maintain a treaty of commerce with the United States and who engage in substantial trade between the U.S. and their home country. This trade may include goods, services, technology, transportation, and more.
Who may qualify:
- Business owners or essential employees of international companies;
- Citizens of countries with an E-1 treaty with the United States;
- Companies engaged in continuous and substantial trade with the U.S.
E-2 Treaty Investor Visa
The E-2 visa allows investors from certain countries to live and work in the United States to develop and direct a business in which they have made a substantial investment.
Who may qualify:
- Investors who have invested significant capital in a U.S. business;
- Citizens of countries with an E-2 treaty;
- Executive or essential employees of the investing company.
E-3 visa
The E-3 visa is exclusively for Australian citizens coming to the U.S. to work in specialty occupations.
Who may qualify:
- Australian citizens;
- Professionals with a university degree related to their field of work;
- Individuals hired for specialized positions.
H-1B visa
The H-1B visa is intended for qualified professionals hired to work in specialty occupations in the United States.
Who may qualify:
- Professionals with a university degree or equivalent experience;
- Individuals employed by U.S. companies in specialized fields such as technology, engineering, healthcare, finance, and more.
H-2A visa
The H-2A visa allows U.S. employers to hire temporary foreign workers for agricultural jobs.
Who may qualify:
- Temporary agricultural workers;
- Individuals hired by U.S. employers approved by the government.
H-2B visa
The H-2B visa is for temporary non-agricultural work in the United States.
Who may qualify:
- Workers in industries such as hospitality, construction, tourism, landscaping, and seasonal services;

H-3 visa
The H-3 visa allows individuals to receive professional training in the United States in areas not available in their home country.

L-1 visa

O-1 visa

- Artists, athletes, researchers, entrepreneurs, and other highly accomplished professionals.
P-1 visa
The P-1 visa is for athletes and members of internationally recognized entertainment groups.

- Professional athletes;
- Sports teams;
- Entertainment or artistic groups with international recognition.
P-2 visa
The P-2 visa allows artists and entertainers to enter the U.S. through reciprocal cultural exchange programs between U.S. and foreign organizations.
Who may qualify:
- Artists and performers participating in recognized exchange programs.
P-3 visa
The P-3 visa is for artists and entertainers coming to the United States to perform, teach, or coach in culturally unique programs.
Who may qualify:
- Artists, musicians, dancers, and performers promoting traditional or culturally unique artistic expressions.
TN visa
The TN visa allows qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals to work temporarily in the United States in specific professions under the USMCA agreement.
Who may qualify:
- Citizens of Canada or Mexico;
- Professionals in eligible occupations such as engineers, accountants, scientists, and teachers.
R-1 visa – Religious Worker
The R-1 visa is for religious workers who will work temporarily for a religious organization in the United States.
Who may qualify:
- Religious ministers;
- Workers affiliated with nonprofit religious organizations;
- Individuals serving in qualified religious occupations.
