E-1 Treaty Trader Visa

The E-1 visa is for citizens of countries that maintain a treaty of commerce with the United States and who engage in substantial trade between the U.S. and their home country. This trade may include goods, services, technology, transportation, and more.

Who may qualify:

E-2 Treaty Investor Visa

The E-2 visa allows investors from certain countries to live and work in the United States to develop and direct a business in which they have made a substantial investment.

Who may qualify:

E-3 visa

The E-3 visa is exclusively for Australian citizens coming to the U.S. to work in specialty occupations.

H-1B visa

The H-1B visa is intended for qualified professionals hired to work in specialty occupations in the United States.
