What we provide
Visa Waiver Program
The Visa Waiver Program allows citizens of certain countries to travel to the United States without a visa for short stays for tourism or business.
Who may qualify:
- Citizens of participating countries;
- Individuals traveling for up to 90 days for tourism or business;
- Travelers with an approved ESTA authorization.
Employment-Based Immigrant Visas
Employment-based immigrant visas allow qualified professionals, investors, and foreign workers to obtain lawful permanent residence in the United States (Green Card) through employment, investment, or specialized skills.
These categories vary based on professional experience, educational background, extraordinary ability, labor market needs in the U.S., and business investment.
Green Card for Physicians in Underserved Areas
Foreign physicians may obtain permanent residence in the United States by working in areas with a shortage of healthcare professionals, commonly known as underserved areas.
Who may qualify:
- Physicians licensed to practice in the United States;
- Professionals willing to work in underserved communities for a required period of time;
- Doctors working in qualified clinics, hospitals, or healthcare institutions.
EB-1 visa
The EB-1 category is intended for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers or professors, and multinational executives or managers.
Who may qualify:
- Individuals with significant national or international recognition;
- Outstanding professors and researchers;
- Executives and managers transferred from international companies.
EB-2 visa
The EB-2 visa is for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability in their field.

EB-3 visa – Green Card EB-3 for Workers

EB-3 visa – Green Card EB-3 for Nurses & Physical Therapists
