Green Card Renewal
Green Card Renewal allows permanent residents to renew or replace their Green Card.
Who may qualify:
- Permanent residents with an expired, lost, stolen, or damaged Green Card.
Citizenship
The citizenship process allows permanent residents to become U.S. citizens through naturalization.
Who may qualify:
- Permanent residents who meet residency, physical presence, and good moral character requirements.
K-1 fiancé visa
The K-1 visa allows the foreign fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen to enter the United States for marriage.
Who may qualify:
- Fiancé(e)s of U.S. citizens;
- Couples planning to marry within 90 days of entering the U.S.
Consular Processing
Consular Processing is the process of obtaining a Green Card through an interview at a U.S. consulate abroad.
Who may qualify:
- Beneficiaries of approved petitions living outside the United States;
- Individuals eligible for family-based or employment-based immigration.
Poverty Guidelines
Poverty Guidelines determine the minimum income required for financial sponsors in immigration cases.
Applicable for:
- Petitioners and financial sponsors in family-based and certain immigration processes.
Violence Against Women Act – VAWA
VAWA allows abuse victims to apply for immigration benefits without depending on the abuser.
Who may qualify
- Abused spouses, children, or parents of U.S. citizens or permanent residents;
- Victims of physical, emotional, psychological, or financial abuse.
Returning Resident Visas
Returning Resident Visas help permanent residents who stayed outside the U.S. for an extended period and lost the ability to return using their Green Card.
Who may qualify
- Permanent residents who remained outside the U.S. for reasons beyond their control.
B-2 visa – Tourist Visas
The tourist visa allows temporary visits to the United States for tourism, leisure, family visits, or medical treatment.
Who may qualify
- Individuals traveling temporarily to the U.S. without the intention of permanent immigration.
