B-1 visa
The B-1 visa is for individuals traveling temporarily to the United States for business or professional purposes.
Who may qualify
- Individuals attending meetings, conferences, or business negotiations;

B-2 visa
The B-2 visa is for temporary visitors traveling to the United States for tourism, leisure, medical treatment, or family visits.
Who may qualify
- Tourists;

- People seeking medical treatment in the United States.
F-1 visa – F-1 Visa
The F-1 visa is for international students enrolled in academic institutions in the United States.
Who may qualify
- Students accepted by schools, universities, English language programs, or other approved academic institutions;
- Individuals who can demonstrate sufficient financial support for their studies and stay in the U.S.
J-1 visa
The J-1 visa is for participants in cultural, educational, or professional exchange programs in the United States.
Who may qualify
- Exchange students;
- Teachers, researchers, and trainees;
- Physicians, au pairs, and participants in approved cultural exchange programs.
K-1 fiancé visa
The K-1 visa allows the foreign fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen to enter the United States for marriage.
Who may qualify
- Fiancé(e)s of U.S. citizens;
- Couples planning to marry within 90 days of entering the United States;
- Couples who meet the legal relationship requirements.
K-3/K-4 Nonimmigrant Visa
The K-3 visa allows the foreign spouse of a U.S. citizen to enter the United States temporarily while awaiting immigration processing. The K-4 visa is for the unmarried children of the K-3 beneficiary.
